Dr. Eric Norling was born and raised in Sunnyvale, CA on the Bay Area Peninsula. He graduated from the University of Utah in 2012 with a bachelor’s in Spanish complemented with a focus in Pre-Health and science courses. After volunteering as an interpreter at the CDA Cares event in San Jose and seeing the positive impact dentistry can have on people, Dr. Norling decided to pursue a career within the field and follow in his dad’s footsteps.
After completing humanitarian work at several orphanages in Ghana, West Africa Dr. Norling attended the Roseman University of Health Sciences DMD Program from 2015-2019 in South Jordan, UT. After graduation he has practiced within the Salt Lake area gaining invaluable experience in restorative dentistry, root canals, and surgical procedures. Over the past five years he has found a passion for attention to detail with his dental work and fostering a positive, gentle experience for patients.
Dr. Norling’s wife, Ally, works as a life insurance specialist and they are the proud parents of two beautiful girls and a dog named Tony. In his free time he enjoys surfing, mountain biking, film, travel, playing music, and going on little adventures with his kids.
